Emails and response time
Email is the best and preferred method of communication. To ensure that nothing gets overlooked, it is recommended not to text information regarding music. E-mails will be responded to within a 24 hour period (Monday-Friday.)
Ashley Miller, our Administrative Assistant, is accessible throughout the day and will be in constant contact to make sure your questions are answered and orders handled quickly. A question needing to be answered by me will be replied to within a 24 hour period.

Can I order my mix before choreography is started?
Absolutely! If your choreography is being done around the music please let us know.
Do you offer payment plans?
Cheer is expensive! We understand that as a gym owner you have a lot of financial responsibilities. We are more than happy to come up with a payment plan contract should you need one.
Is a deposit needed? when do I pay the remaining balance?
Yes! A non-refundable deposit is needed to secure your production dates and to begin custom vocal recording. The remaining balance would need to be taken care of before the last mix in your order is sent off. Balances may also be paid in full at the time of ordering if that's the best option for you.
how do i pay for my music?
An electronic invoice from PayPal will be sent out with an option to pay with your Credit or Debit Card. Checks may also be sent to the address on the invoice.
How long will it take to get my mixes?
Turnaround time depends on the type of mix you ordered. Please refer to the pricing page for options and turnaround times.
How do i submit my videos and 8-count sheets?
Please refer to the "Upload Files" tab under "More" at the top of this page. You can upload your files from a computer, iPhone and Android devices!
